Vehicle DetailsSelling my ESS supercharged M5 primarily due to having 4 other BMWs & needing to narrow down the collection & partly due not driving this one enough. The car is great condition, drives perfect, it has a clean title, an accident in 2014, I’ve owned it almost a year. Here is a YouTube link to a full walk around and driving of the car;https://youtu.be/Il7N45nBVKgList of what’s non-stock on the car:•ESS VT2-650 Intercooled Supercharger Kit/Tune•ESS Tuning Transmission Software/Tune•Sprint Booster Throttle Response Module•Factory Custom Gutted/Catless Headers•OEM BMW M437 Wheels•ECS Tuning Wheel Spacers Front & Rear•Blacked Out Fender & Bumper Grills•Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler•Megan Racing Axleback Exhaust (Yes, cheap. Bought it to temporarily use while searching for a nice exhaust system that I like, but sounds quite alright.)List of recent maintenance service/included parts:•Michelin PS4 tires all around with 1k miles.•Engine, transmission, differential, & supercharger oils all changed out 1k miles ago.•New drive belt and belt tensioner installed 500 miles ago.•New K&N air filters installed 500 miles ago.•New spark plugs and ignition coil’s installed 500 miles ago.•Headlights professionally recleared, look new.•Included parts coming with the car that have NOT been installed: New rod bearings and new OEM belly pan.The car is perfectly sound drivetrain wise, runs great, transmission shifts very nicely, smooth for casual driving, aggressive when you push it. Here is a list of details for the little flaws that it does have;•Couple scuffs on front bumper near lower grill.•Ding on right quarter panel near lower part of rear door.•”Service Engine Soon” light on due to two bad O2 sensors on primary headers. (Fault out prematurely due to no cats but they have no effect on anything as it properly tuned to run catless)•Car has full leather package which includes the dash and some of the stitching on dash is tearing apart.•Rear deck behind seats has sun fading.•Small rock chip crack on windshield.•Missing right rear door entry sill.•Faulty headlight adaptive module.•Common windshield/back glass seal/gasket cracking. To sum up, mostly all small cosmetics.*One owner from AR till 2014/approx 103k miles, dealer serviced up till then. (Carfax shows 3 owners for that period due to how the original owner bought out/moved/transferred registration throughout his ownership.)*Second owner purchased in 2014 (Carfax shows him as 2 owners due to transferring ownership between him and spouse) and was hit in right rear within one week of getting it home to NY, insurance deemed it a total loss and it was bought back by owner (clean new york was maintained and it was never branded salvage or rebuilt) and was storaged for a couple years before finally being repaired (quarter panel & new suspension) and supercharger was then installed at around 105k miles.*Third owner is myself, I purchased this car in October 2020 with 108k miles, right away did a fair share of servicing on it, and have garage kept and weekend driven the car since.Reportedly the motor and transmission were replaced by the dealer under extended warranty at 70k miles under the first owners ownership. I say reportedly because, I was not able to personally confirm this with paperwork trail, the second owner has become a friend of mine and I bought the car from him sight unseen half the country away and he was 100% honest and transparent about every detail. He says to have had the paperwork but lost it throughout simply put, some familial/personal ordeals. My local dealer was not able to see any records past the standard 50k warranty mileage. The servicing dealer from AR had changed ownership years ago and became part of a different auto group. With that said, selling as original 109k mileage but if the motor/trans does have 40k miles that would be a bonus, it certainly runs, drives, and feels like that’s what it has.
