3M Opticom traffic signal emergency vehicle preemption emitter strobe light & infrared optical preemption detector head. The emitters included power supply is factory set for high priority (emergency vehicles only). It is currently coded to 1001, however, it can be changed with the rotary dials inside of the power supply. The vehicle class is also changeable with a rotary dial and I believe it is currently set to class 1. The emitter & power supply runs on 12 volt direct current (DC voltage). The emitter & power supply units are guaranteed completely functional and operational and in overall quite good condition! The infrared optical detector head being the model 711 which is a single channel, single directional head is also guaranteed fully functional & operating all the way as it should as it still can not only see quite a far distance away when picking up an emitter when I tested it the end of last year, but it is in really good overall condition & shape with very little cosmetic scuffing marks.
