normally supports 12 strobe lights,
12 LEDs, 4 halogen spotlights
What you are getting is:
1. the aluminum lightbar base with rubber feet
2. all 3 bottom clear plastic tray (with gaskets)
3. a tested working strobe power supply with builtin flash controller (supports 6 lights, one side)
4. as is other strobe ps, had water exposure, cleaned but may not be making ground because of rusty screws
5. most cables, missing amber led harness and alleys
If you don't want the metal base then that can reduce shipping by at least 50%, dropping the as-is ps will save a few lbs/$
