Q & A
Is there any limit on the quantity of stone I may buy?
Absolutely not.  Although we do require a minimum of 150 square feet for every purchase, we do not limit quantities beyond that.
How long will my order take to process?
Orders normally take 5 business days to process, depending on the size of the order.
How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be stacked on 40" x 48" cardboard layers; each layer has approximately 13.33 square feet of stone.  These layers allow 2 installers to easily remove several square feet of stone from the 40" x 48" pallet and quickly grab the correct stone, without the hassle of rummaging through a box. Each pallet is tightly wrapped with a UVI 4 MIL Heat-shrink blanket.  See our website for pictures.
How do I know what is on my pallet(s)?
Each order is accompanied by one or more packing slips that contain the instructions for your order.  The instructions tell you both contents of the pallet(s) and the percentages of each color.
How do I pickup my order?
We provide a local pickup option at our shipping facility.  Once you place your order we will provide you with our address via an email or a phone call.  For general reference, we are based in Dunn, North Carolina.
