    4. We are not liable for damages occurred through shipping. To assist with a possible carrier claim, we always send you pictures of your package PRIOR to it being turned over to the carrier. If your package arrives looking damaged and mangled on the outside, chances are the item inside may be damaged as well. This is the time you pull out that ole' camera and take pictures of the package

Alteration or disassembly of any items we sell voids both. This is determined by the manufacturer and/or responses and photos in any claims.
    RETURNS
    We offer 30 days returns on all NEW items we sell. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs which must include tracking information. EVERYTHING that you received with your purchase must be returned to us when returning an item. This includes the items itself, and any included parts, accessories and mounting hardware in addition to all original packaging. We also record all serial numbers of all items we ship to ensure we are going to receive the same item back. Items that do not have a serial number will be branded with a unique watermark to ensure the same. In addition to providing detailed item descriptions and photos, we also provide other multiple resources and other avenues (manufacturer specs, video/website links, etc.) described in our auctions for you to utilize to ensure our items are exactly what you are looking for.
