These LED panels are part of a large lot of over 500 radios and boxes of parts bought  at auction from a REGIONAL BENDIX-DELCO-MOTOROLA, etc automotive service center which closed after 55 years.
12 BLUE LEDs.  TESTED.  Working voltage is 10 - 13VDC.  At 13V, they're too bright to look at.  The panel is 6" x 1/38"
Good for hobby projects.
