Very nice Imperial German WWI shovel with cover. This is not one of the Bulgarian export pieces, but a true combat dog that served with the Kaisers Army. Great condition for its age, no damage neither to the shovel or cover. Leather has some wear and obvious ageing, but it still does the job!. Nicely marked - unfortunately the last digit of the date is not visible. Shovel has no markings, only owners carving.
