The bracket can be fixed before the ceramic with
Kerdi-Fix (or similar elastomeric sealant) or together with the ceramic using mortar or Kerdi-Fix.
If reported last, it would be the same procedure as installing a corner shelf. Note: In both options the load exerted on the bench will be distributed by the wall and the ceramics where the bench will support. I await your order!
