Looks like cartoons from the 60s.
Dark green background with 2" squares of random western theme of chasing bad guys on horses. Captions: They were off like the wind. Good Luck, Sheriff! The Chief led the way. Two-Gun led the way. He brought in his prisoner.
Blue cord accent on cuffs of sleeves and front pocket. Yellow buttons (for decoration only, this is a pullover top.)
