  • Condition: Excellent used, except for outer wood piece has about 1/2" missing at the hinge point, paper is separated from wood on one wooden slat. (see photos or feel free to ask questions)

    Description

    Occupied Japan Hand Fan from the 1940's
    Provenance:  My two Aunts corresponded with servicemen
    stationed in Japan during the War and they would send
    small presents.
    Condition: The outer piece of wood has broken about 1/2"
    up from the hinge point, paper detached from one of the wooden slats. (see photos or contact me for additional questions)
